📋 Feedback Call Script

1 Opening — Build Rapport
"Hi [Agent Name], this is Peter Luo from RE/MAX Realtron. I'm the listing agent for [Property Address]. Thank you for showing the property to your client — I wanted to follow up and see how everything went."
Keep it warm and professional. Start a two-way conversation, not an interrogation.
2 Gather Feedback
"What did your buyer think of the property overall? Was there anything that really stood out to them — or any concerns they had?"
Listen carefully. Let them talk. Note price perception, condition, layout, neighbourhood, competition.
3 Gauge Interest Level
"On a scale of 1 to 10, where would you say your buyer's interest level is right now?"
"Are they looking at other properties as well, or is this one near the top of their list?"
The 1-to-10 question gives you a concrete number to track. Follow up on anything below 7.
4 Address Price
"How does the asking price feel to your buyer? Do they see it as being in line with the comparable sales in the area?"
Don't defend the price — just listen. This feedback goes directly back to your seller.
5 Timeline & Decision Factors
"What does your buyer's timeline look like? Are they in a position to move forward soon, or is there anything they're waiting on — financing, selling their current home, etc.?"
6 Create Opportunity
"I want to let you know that there has been solid interest in this property. If your buyer is considering an offer, I'd be happy to walk you through what would make it most competitive."
Create gentle urgency without pressure. Mention showings, open houses, or other interest if applicable.
7 Close — Next Steps
"Would it be helpful if I sent over the recent comparable sales for the area? And when would be a good time for me to check back in with you?"
"Thank you for your time, [Agent Name]. I look forward to hearing from you. Don't hesitate to reach out if your buyer has any questions."
Common Objection Responses
"Price is too high" "I appreciate that feedback. Can I ask what price range your buyer had in mind? I'll share that with the seller — it's important they hear how the market is responding."
"Buyer is still looking" "Absolutely, I understand. Would a second showing help? Sometimes a property looks different the second time through."
"Need to sell first" "That's very common. Is your buyer's home currently listed? We may be able to work with a conditional offer that gives everyone certainty."
"Not interested" "Thank you for letting me know. May I ask — was it the price, the property itself, or the location? That feedback helps us serve the market better."
