Upload an audio file you have the rights to (license-free / royalty-free). It's faded in and out and mixed under the video. No file = silent.
Bitrate is set from your size target — ~5–7 MB at 720, ~11–15 MB at 1080 — and recalculated for whatever total length you set, so the file stays in range. Recording is real-time (a 29.5s film takes ~30s — keep this tab in front). Output is MP4 where your browser supports it (Safari / recent Chrome), otherwise WebM; both upload to Reels, 视频号 and YouTube.
A GIF loops on its own with no video player — great for email, WeChat and your website. It is larger and lower-colour than the video, so for Reels / 视频号 use Save Video instead. Longer reels make bigger GIFs — choose Small or fewer fps to shrink the file.
Exports every frame as a JPG at your current aspect & resolution, captured mid-motion (with the Ken Burns zoom). Great for a carousel, the composer media box, or a quick photo set. Your browser may ask to allow multiple downloads.
